Natalie Lorenzen

Natalie is an established IT Recruitment Specialist with 10 years experience in the NZ market. She is renowned for her professional yet personable approach and her experience includes Permanent and Contract recruitment solutions to clients with a focus on quality outcomes.

"I offer my clients and contacts a full engagement of recruitment services - providing market trends, candidate talent material, retained engagements and exclusive placements. This empowers me to invest time to understand a business's culture, delve into their business as a whole and evaluate current and future requirements to accurately identify resourcing solutions, opportunities and suitable talent"

Natalie specialises in servicing a select range of companies in the Auckland and Wellington regions; from software start-ups to SME's and Global companies. Her core objective is to consistently deliver exceptional results and real value to everyone she engages with.

Natalie is passionate, dedicated and innovative, investing time into learning her clients' culture and assisting candidates with their growth and career aspirations.

Andrea Harris

Partner & Client Support

After having her family she wanted to return to the workforce in a role that would not only give her the opportunity to put her excellent PA/administration skills to full use, but she also wanted to be challenged in other areas - working in recruitment has definitely done that!

Andrea assists our team with a wide range of Para-Consulting and support requirements that ensures our Partners are delivering an exceptional service to all; we simply couldn't do it without her.

Johnny Robinson


As Founder & MD of the parent company Customise Talent Group; Johnny provides strategic direction, continuous re-investment and hands-on leadership to the growing group of specialist Recruitment & Search brands.  Johnny works closely alongside the TecTalent team to expand the partnership of highly talented professionals, focused on developing long-term relationships and positive outcomes within the NZ Automotive community.  

Since establishing Customise Talent in 2008; his role has evolved into include taking responsibility for the strategic & daily operations, tech infrastructure, support teams, service offering, branding, Partner recruitment, geographical expansion and P&L for each specialist brand.  

Johnny's known for his down-to-earth, get-things-done approach and a management style based on trust and focused on results.  One of his ongoing passions is to encourage the continued growth of a culture of personal and professional empowerment for every person across all CustomiseTalent brands.  This unique culture continues to deliver fulfilment through a combination of an excellent working environment enabling 100% flexibility and work/life balance, alongside creating only Partner opportunities exclusively for selected high performing recruitment professionals who love what they do.  

Outside of Customise, Johnny is an active motorcycle enthusiast, enjoys the great outdoors, DIY, food & wine, adventure travel and the odd pint of Guinness.

April has assisted with a wide range of support services and is always adapting to ensure the team are receiving the support and key data they require to deliver on their client and candidate needs.

Sarah-Jane O'Brien

H/O Training & Special Projects

Sarah-Jane has an extensive Recruitment career having worked in both UK and New Zealand markets across Finance and IT. She also has solid Business Development and Sales Management experience particularly in the IT Cloud solutions market. She believes in building solid relationships with everyone she meets and has an appreciation of others' expectations, frustrations, pleasures and requirements.

During her recruitment career Sarah-Jane specialised in sourcing and placing IT professionals at all levels . These range from Junior System Administrators through to Senior Management and CIO, along with Software Developers, Business Analysts and Business Development professionals, across both permanent and contract requirements, nationwide.

Taking advantage of SJ's passion and knowledge for CRM and personable engagement skills, she moved into the lead Training and Special Projects role; focusing on the Customise Talent Groups CRM, Websites, Digital Marketing strategy and other key technical requirements for new and existing Partners. Continuous improvement and system evolution is critical for success and SJ is an invaluable part of the team who makes it all happen.
